Lucy Campbell serves as the Director of Operations and Wellness at Centre Walgwan, where she provides leadership in the day-to-day operations of the Centre while supporting the delivery of safe, culturally grounded, and healing-centred services. A dedicated advocate for Walgwan's vision and mission, Lucy is committed to creating an environment where youth, staff, and communities can thrive through collaboration, respect, and wellness.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, Lucy oversees operational planning, program implementation, and organizational initiatives that strengthen service quality and support positive outcomes for First Nations youth. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, teamwork, and a deep commitment to ensuring that Walgwan continues to be a place of hope, belonging, healing, and opportunity.
