Our Community Outreach and Mobile Wellness Services bring culturally grounded wellness supports directly to First Nations and Inuit communities, helping youth and families access services closer to home.
Working alongside community leadership, schools, health professionals, families, and local organizations, our outreach team strengthens community capacity while building trusting relationships with youth.
